Let heartbreak motivate us to take action. Let's clean this mess.
Tom Makdissy, our wonderful Live Love Kfarhelda ambassador showed us the devastating reality that is affecting this wonderful waterfall in his village. The Kfarhelda waterfall is probably one of the most beautiful sites to visit in Lebanon, yet visitors have not respected nature. The forest is filled with trash. Which is why with the full support of Sohat and the cooperation of the municipality of Kfarhelda, we invite you to join us to clean this river on September 16th, from 8:30 am to 4pm. All supplies will be provided.
The Live Love App is Here
5 years of sharing photos of Lebanon, it was about time we created a full fleshed guide of its wonders. Listing forests, river banks, camping grounds, hikes, waterfalls, historical sites, monasteries, restaurants, guest houses and many highly curated things to do. Free for iOS and Android.
Gather your friends and go see Lebanon's magic. The Live Love tours are opening up to the public!
Join us for a day in a region across Lebanon to discover its hidden wonders, treasures, and faces. For 2 years the tours were by invitation only. But after popular demand, we are finally ready to host a larger number of people and we couldn't be more excited.
"Goodness prevails, not in the absence of reasons to despair, but in spite of them. If we wait for clean heroes and clear choices and evidence on our side to act, we will wait forever. People who bring light into the world wrench it out of darkness, and contend openly with darkness all of their days"– Krista Tippett. We don't like to complain. Instead, we do what we can to help make Lebanon a bit better. This is our version of Hope. We live for Nature, History and Community.
